Linear winding machine arrives at AMRC

The AMRC recently acquired a WT500 linear winding machine from Winding Technologies funded through the High-Value Manufacturing Catapult and is available to the Hub and industrial projects.

The machine is capable of a range of winding schemes up to coil diameters of 500mm with closed-loop tension control and process monitoring.
