Team - Rahul Yadav

Rahul Yadav is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Mechanical, Aerospace & Civil Engineering at the University of Sheffield. His research centres on advanced materials characterisation and computational modelling. With several publications in high-impact journals, Rahul has expertise in advanced manufacturing, macro-, micro-, and nanoscale machining, as well as metallic plastic deformation under high strain rates. His work also extends to surface modification using advanced cavitation and ultrasonic vibration-based techniques. Rahul holds his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and brings substantial postdoctoral experience to his role.
