FEMM Hub Present at Computational Design Symposium, Berlin

On 7th May FEMM Hub's Nick Simpson from Bristol University spoke at the Computational Design Symposium in Berlin on how the electrification of transport, in pursuit of Carbon Net Zero, is driving demand for a step change in the power-density of electrical machines.

His talk presented some of the latest advances in the field of Additive Manufacturing in Electrical Machines and discussed some of the ongoing computational design challenges that the CDFAM community may be able to help with.
